VERSA Applications | Specimen Staining for TEM Array Printing

Nanolitre pipetting is an important factor for scientists trying to reduce reagents and increase throughput for a variety of applications. In these studies, the VERSA 100 workstation with NanoPipettor was used to dispense volumes as low as 100nL onto a 96-position microplate for negative staining of samples for microscope detection. Results were comparable to those obtained by manual negative stain methods.
