1. High Throughput Screening Assay for ASIC Channels
Like many sodium ion channels, ASICs represent challenging targets for high throughput screening. To overcome this issue, Aurora Biomed’s proprietary flux assay approach was successfully applied to this novel ion channel target.

2. Validation of Na+, K+-ATPase Isoform Using Cor.At® Cardiomyocytes & ICR8000™
In view of the availability of standardized pure cardiac myocytes with functional expression of all essential cardiac ion channels, Aurora Biomed validated Na+, K+ ATPase in cultured Cor.At® cardiomyocytes derived from transgenic mouse embryonic stem cells.
