Aurora Biomed invites you to attend the 4th Annual Ion Channel Retreat: From Current Perspectives to Future Possibilities, being held inVancouver BC, June 26-28, 2006. Our goal is to create a forum for scientific discourse spanning the spectrum of ion channel disciplines. Researchers from both academia and industry are invited to share knowledge for the advancement of ion channel research, drug discovery and safety pharmacology.

This year's Ion Channel Retreat was a monumental success, both in the caliber of speakers and in discussions facilitated by the presentations. We look forward to continuing this success in 2006 and are now accepting abstracts for podium and poster presentations in the following areas: 1) Mechanisms of Ion Channel Function, 2) Targets and Lead Discovery, 3) Ion Channels and Safety Screening, 4) Technology and Model Systems Comparison, 5) Ion Channel Mechanisms, and 6) New Frontiers in Ion Channel Research and Drug Discovery.
