PCR Fluorescence Probing Reagent Kits

Scientists who depend on the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) by means of customized primers can utilize Aurora’s ready-to-use reagent kits to simplify the process. These kits offer fast, real-time detection and provide excellent sensitivity and specificity. They are also optimized for use in automated liquid handling workstations.

By combining this kit with Aurora’s VERSA™ workstations, laboratories can fully automate the nucleic acid extraction, PCR setup, and amplification process thereby reducing cost and operator error, while increasing efficiency. Aurora offers complete solutions including application support, instrumentation and reagents, thereby ensuring users receive their desired results quickly and efficiently.

Each kit is designed for in vitro quantification of the given gene target. Multiple sequence alignments and validation of these kits ensure that they are an ideal kit for detection of the pathogen in question. Each kit contains reagents for nucleic acid extraction, realtime-PCR detection and quality control.

Each kit contains specifically designed primers as well as a composite fluorescent probe thereby allowing utilization of realtime fluorescent PCR. The genetic sequence of the pathogen can be targeted through realtime PCR amplification.

For more information, please review the brochure or contact us directly to discuss your specific application. Thank you for considering AURORA to solve your lab automation requirements.

*Disclaimer: These kits are for detection of the indicated pathogen. Samples can be used for laboratory diagnosis and monitoring the particular virus infection. These kits are for research only, and should not be used in clinical diagnosis.
