Rapid antigen testing devices should only be used for screening purposes. Nucleic acid-based testing, also called molecular testing or PCR, is the gold standard to diagnose active COVID-19 infection in patients with symptoms.

Shipping information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our office in Vancouver. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significantly delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please contact us if you have any questions, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before the cut-off time (Monday-Friday, 10:30 am PST) will be processed that day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.

Local Curbside Pickup
We offer local pickup as an option at checkout (for Vancouver only). Pickup hours are from Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays). After selecting local pick up at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please wait until you have received a second email confirming that your order is ready for pickup before coming to our office. Once you receive the ‘order is ready for pickup’ email notification, you’re good to head to our office (address: 1001 East Pender Street Vancouver, B.C., Canada, V6A 1W2).
